1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility: 
“Harrah’s Razzle Dazzle” promotion begins 7 June, 2010 and ends 12 July, 2010. No purchase necessary, agents may enter by playing the game, by registering on the website with hotel confirmation numbers or by having their name entered by a colleague on the “Refer a Colleague” page. The contest is open only to travel agents in the UK.

2. How to enter: 
Travel agents can enter on the web site: www.harrahsrazzledazzle.com, “Harrah’s Razzle Dazzle” promotion section (see contest enrolment forms). Reservation entries apply to any Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas properties booked between 7 June, 2010 and 12 July, 2010 for 2 entries.  Play the game correctly between 7 June, 2010 and 12 July, 2010 for 1 entry per day.

Effective for bookings made and entered starting from 7 June, 2010 the entries will be included for each booking as follows:

• Book and deposit with credit card any length stay at a Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas property = 2 entries per booking

3. Prizes: 
10 twice-weekly winners that have entered a booking or correctly played the game are entitled to one of the following gifts:

THREE (3) Grand Prize Packages
Each includes TWO (2) round trip tickets to Las Vegas compliments of Virgin Atlantic and THREE (3) nights in one of the luxurious Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas hotels. This gift package is complete with show tickets and complimentary dinners at some of the most famous Las Vegas eateries.

FOUR (4) 1st prize winners will receive an official Caesars Place Poker Set including: case, cards and chips. To up the ante we will include a voucher for 100 GBP on www.CaesarsCasino.com.*

THREE (3) 2nd prize winners will receive a lavish spa basket from Qua Baths at Caesars Palace.

By participating in this contest, winners acknowledge that their name and agency will be posted on the Competition page on www.ttglive.com.

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Packages including the airline tickets is $2,100.  The ARV of prize is based on current retail value as of 7 June, 2010. A W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) will be forwarded to the Grand Prize winner for completion and a 1099 form will be prepared and forwarded to the winners at year's end.

All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the above prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. 

4. Random drawing:
Potential winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries received and by all methods combined. They will be notified by e-mail and required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity form.  Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All drawings for this promotion will be conducted in the United Kingdom by an independent marketing/judging organization whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting the online entry, the entry submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered will be considered the entrant.

5. Conditions:
The winners of hotel accommodations are responsible for paying all applicable mandatory taxes and any other applicable service charges. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.   Hotel reservations cannot be varied once they are booked.  Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.

Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable.

An award letter will be presented to the winners with booking details.  Hotel stays must be completed by December 31, 2011. This offer is subject to availability and does not represent entitlement to reserve a Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas Hotel stay on a specific date. All Harrah’s Entertainment, Las Vegas rooms and room types applicable to this offer are capacity controlled and subject to availability at the time of booking.
